Who would you Fire, the Police Woman, The Magistrates or the Crown Prosecution Service?

Having had some recent experience with the police I am sorry to say (as I was once a police officer) that to days police seem in many cases to be bone lazy and supervised badly.The CPS was supposed to be modelled on the Scottish System of the Procurator Fiscals Office which it never has been and is a second rate system. Packed with lawyers all claiming to be overworked. As for magistrates well many years ago I was told by an eminent QC that lay magistrates courts were the law of the jungle and I have seen nothing to contradict that.
