Neutered, spraying cat?

Jack is about 1.5 y/o, had him neutered @ about 7months when we found him as a stray. Started spraying indoors about 2 months ago. We've used enzyme-based cleaners to remove the odor, repellent to discourage re-spraying & finally pheromone "re-training" to encourage (rather than discourage) the spraying behavior. Well, Jack feels he belongs to me, however he feels my husband BELONGS to him. He's now spraying my husband's chair, clothes & finally....yes...my husband. HELP
