Has anyone offered their condolences to Ted Kennedy's family?

I have just returned from my vacation, and I was just wondering... I realize to many Kennedy was an outstanding legislator and to others just a liberal loser... But, for his very long service, how many of you have considered just offering your thanks to his survivors for a job earnestly done?
