What's wrong with guys who possess more feminine qualities than masculine qualities?

Is there something wrong with such guys? I mean, every guy has his feminine side and masculine side, but it depends on whether he is more inclined to either side. I mean like, men are supposed to be aggressive. But some men are kind of like.. i don't know.. coward isn't the right word.. more like men who don't shout back or fight back when people hurt them. And men who are concerned with their appearance. Men who care so much about beauty. And what makes this more incomprehensible is the fact that these guys are not effeminate. They are just like most guys you see everywhere.
