The screen on my cell phone broke, so I ordered a cheap little tracfone on amazon.com with my parent's credit?

card. My parents are looking out for me, and I'm 100% positive that they would let me spend $25 to buy a dingy a** phone. But I obviously couldn't call them from my dorm to tell them that I bought it. I just got a creepy phone call from someone (I can only receive calls for some reason) saying "is (my first name) there?" I give a lot of my personal info out online, so most likely it's just that, but you don't think it could be the cops, do you? Why do they look for actual criminals instead of this s***?
