What old music video was this? (Adding a Face to a Carrot)?

About six or seven years ago my brother had a 7up CD that had music videos on it. One of them I remember was April Fools from Rufus Wainright. The other i don't even remember anything about the song, i just remember it was about a guy who had this carrot and he added like a face and mustache to the carrot and it was very interesting. i remember liking it back then, but i just cant find out what song that was. any help would be wonderful lol.
