My parents are so snoopy?

My parents found out that I drink and hang out with guys by looking through my facebook. They did this because they found out I skipped school for one day. Now they tell me I can't hang out with my friends ever again. I'm so depressed and I want to kill myself. I feel like my privacy was violated. I know what I did wasn't right, but this is making me so sad I don't know what to do. Does anyone have any advice? Any stories you could share? Anything helps so thank you:)
