I need to find a case file from a murder from 1994, i need to know what to look for its not a book its a case?

her names sherry maire driscoll she was murdered in 1994, and her case as come up unsloved iam trying to look up her case and i need to know what i can do to find a wed site that will help me with my needs, if you have any clue of what i can do to find this case please let me know. this is not a book it is a real case.
