Help with this girl? Please there is a pretty entertaining story behind it!?

2 months ago I called my college buddy's high school sister drunk. She doesn't know me (aside from face maybe), and I asked if she wanted to hook up. She didn't really give me a direct answer, but was obviously interested because over the past two months I have definitely built up the 'relationship' quite a bit. I knew she was interested obviously because she wanted to hang out and she continued to talk to me for that long. Anyway, the other night we finally hung out for the first time. Her brother was in town from NAU and hanging with my friends (ridiculous time to hang out right?). I was with her and she had an 11pm curfew. So she said why don't you pretend to sleep over with my brother and we can hang out when he goes to bed? So I convinced her bro to let me spend the night and he ended up staying up with us till 3am playing video games. Then we went to bed. I was in the guest room right next to her and was thinking the night was over when she texted me (at 330am) and asked if I wanted to hang. So I was like uh now?? So I went into her room and she was just on her computer doing homework. So I sat down on the bed to talk to her and literally 30 seconds later her brother just walked in and asked her for something. He didn't even seem to think it was strange that I who had wasn't even supposed to know her was just in her room while he was sleeping... But then he came in and we all just talked for another frickin' hour. Then he left and I went back to my room and all of a sudden she texts me and says come back in. At 430 am!!! I go in and the lights are off and she was just laying on her bed so I went and laid down too. And nothing ended up happening but we talked about a lot of really personal stuff until like 7am. Should I have made a move or will she be even more interested now? Were hanging again soon.
