That's a sticky situation because you of course don't want to be on your future in law's bad side. Perhaps you and your fiance can go to his mother and sister together and explain that the food budget simply can't accommodate that many people so unfortunately some cuts have to be made. If she's reasonable, hopefully she'll understand this.
