Can I prepare "Scalloped Potatoes with Goat Cheese and Herbes de Provence" and refrigerate overnight?

Can I make the above recipe and put in my fridge overnight before cooking for dinner? The total time in the fridge would be approximately 16 - 18 hours before actual baking would occur. I found the recipe on Epicurious.com
