What are different conflicts and compromise's for Schindler's List?
"Crudely put the question is, is it a novel or a true story?" Keneally based his story on a mountain of factual research and recollections from survivors, and yet used fictional techniques to embellish many parts of the story, so both positions can technically be supported. Hence Schindler is able to develop a business plan that uses Hollywood theatricality and play to ransom some workers from the death-factory. In the process Schindler becomes a redemptive "good" boss, and able to reconcile movie audiences to the harsh realities of real-world managerial practices such as downsizing, the export of jobs.
