Okay, I need ANY ONE'S advice on ZITS!?

I have these gi-NORMAS pimples, and i'm not sure how to get rid of em', or at least hide them. they're more like the kind that are UNDER your skin, but it's impossible NOT to mess with them! and let me tell you, i've messed with them lots..so they look awful. is they're any way to make them heal a little quicker? and make the red-ness go away??
