I have a sbag landlord....I want to move! Help?

The slumlord is is suppose to give 20 hours notice and let you know WHEN they will be entering your apartment. I'd break the lease and get out. Before you leave, pour about 1 lb. of dry concrete mix down the laundry room drain. Have a nice day :)
