Does my coworker like me?

I am 12 years older than him and we always hang out together at work when we find free time to do so. We joke, and laugh alot. he tells everyone to shh because he tries to sneak up on me and scare me but it never works so we end up smiling at each toher and looking into each others eyes and stuff. He pages me or calls me to ask what i am doing and to come eat lunch with him even though I was on lunch break and he wasn't. I have a fiancee by the way that my family or most of my coworkers don't think is good enough for me because he doesn't help out enough finacially and he is way to whiney.My fiancee seems to really adore me but he can be way to jealous and smothering. My guy coworker seem to be upset when i told him me and my guy are still together and he said he can't understand why women like losers and he left shaking his head. I didn't speak to him and now he is going on vacation but he did to get my friend to call me from work so he could tell me goodbye and he will bring me something back when he comes back.
