Can Someone ID This Horror Movie?

I remember seeing one clip from it where -if I recall correctly- there was a girl who entered a room and was cautiously peering in: "Hello?" There was a huddled, ghoulish body in the corner of the room just standing there and then it like, ran out past her. I have absolutely no idea the title of it, but please, if anyone remembers I would appreciate it extremely! It was an older film, from 70s-90s I'd ume, not sure.
