Why won't Window 7 recognize my SDHC card?

I have a FAT32 SDHC card. It works fine with all the computers except for my fastest one, which has Windows 7. If I plug it in, it says that it must be formatted. I can't format it though because it has so much stuff on it, like pictures and videos of my sister's choral concerts. It works fine on the other three computers but I need it to work on this one. I'm trying to upload a video to facebook and the other computers can't do it; one has the processor but not the RAM, one has the RAM but not the processor, and mine has neither. The Windows 7 computer is the best I have. There's no way for me to get past the format screen either; no matter how I try to access the card, I'm told it has to be formatted.
